Typical Symptom:
No preview appears, the laser does not mark, or the laser output is very weak.
Possible Cause:
The laser source is not properly activated.
The wrong laser type is selected in the software.
The field lens setting in the software does not match the installed lens.
The device is not at the optimal focal length.
Loose or improperly connected cables at the laser source.
The engraving material has special properties.

Steps to Resolve:

Ensure the indicator light on the laser source is solid green.

Confirm that the laser type selected in ComMarker Studio is UV.

Verify that the field lens selected in the software matches the installed lens:
Field Lens A: 70×70 mm
Field Lens B: 150×150 mm or 250×250 mm
Click the “Focus” button in ComMarker Studio to set the device to the optimal focal length.

Reconnect all cables at the tail end of the laser source.
