⚠Please make sure before engraving:
Follow the user manual to install ComMarker Studio and assemble the machine with the computer.
Fix the rotary axis onto the platform and connect it to the correct port.
Remove the lens cap.
Power on the engraver.
1.Measure the diameter of the center of the desired engraving area.
2.Pick the Roller or Chuck based on your workpiece. Fix the rotary axis onto the machine and connect it with the laser engraver.
3.Set up ComMarker COX in ComMarker Studio and verify lens selection
Troubleshooting: If unsuccessful, please refer to the "Preparation Before Engraving" section to complete the startup check.
4.Fix the object securely on the rotary, ensuring the Engraving Area its level.
5. Land the left red dot on the highest point of the engraving area.
6. Select Roller Mode or Chuck Mode based on the setup. Click the “Focusˮ button to start autofocus. Once focusing is complete, a confirmation window will appear.
Troubleshooting: If focusing failed, please refer to the "Focus Readjust Needed with ComMarker Studio" section for detailed diagnosis and solutions.
7.Use “Textˮ、“Drawˮ or other function on the left to import your design.
8.Enter the workpiece diameter you measured in step 1.
9.Input the engraving settings.

Note:
If the settings panel does not appear, select the design from the Graphics list to activate it.
10.Click Preview, the laser dot will move to show the engraving area.
You can move your rotary or stop the preview and adjust the size until the design wraps correctly around the workpiece.
Tips:

11.Once the preview is confirmed. Click Start (F2) to begin engraving.
