Trouble shooting: Focus Readjust Needed with ComMarker Studio

If you see the "Focus completed, the device is not at the optimal focal length, please readjust" pop-up after clicking Focus:

Step 1: Click focus again. The laser head is usually near the best focus point after the first try.

Step 2: If Step 1 failed, raise or lower the laser head with the up or down button to the center of column. Then press Focus again until you see software reports optimal focal length.
