Troubleshooting Column Not Moving / Jerking and Noisy for Omni X

Typical Symptom:
The column cannot be raised or lowered, or it moves unevenly, producing jerking motions and noise.

Possible Causes:

1. Outdated software version.

2. Loose screws on the coupling.

3. Loose internal wires or connectors inside the column.

4. Faulty motor.

Steps to Resolve:

1. Update the software:
   Ensure you are using the latest version of the software. You can find the latest version Here↗

2. Check coupling screws:
   Open the column and verify that the screws on the coupling are tightened properly.

3. Inspect internal wiring:
   Open the column and check whether any wires or connectors are loose. Reconnect if necessary.

4.  Motor check: 

If the motor does not rotate at all, it may be faulty. Please contact support for further diagnose.
