Metal Cover Screw Holes Not Aligned for Omni X

Typical Symptom:
When installing the metal housing cover, the screw holes on the cover do not align perfectly with those on the machine base.

Possible Cause:
The metal cover position is slightly offset, preventing the screw holes from matching correctly.

Steps to Resolve:

1. Gently adjust the position of the metal housing cover so that the holes on the base align precisely with those on the cover.

2. Once aligned, insert all 12 screws on the three sides into the corresponding holes.

3. After all screws are in place, tighten them one by one to secure the cover evenly.

Note: Do not force the screws if the holes are misaligned. Adjust the cover’s position instead to avoid damaging the threads or the housing.
