Plug the foot pedal onto the port. Go to Device Setting → Port → Marking input port and make sure the port is set to IN2.
Note: If pressing the pedal still does not respond after plugging it in, enable “Single Key Operation of Preview and Marking” and click Confirm.
Note: If the foot pedal still doesn’t work, turn off the laser machine, close the software, and restart the computer.
Then power on the machine and relaunch the software to try again.
