Photo Engraving with ComMarker COX

⚠Please make sure before engraving: 

Follow the user manual to install ComMarker Studio and assemble the machine with the computer.

Remove the lens cap.

Power on the engraver.

1.Set up ComMarker COX in ComMarker Studio and verify lens selection.

Troubleshooting: If unsuccessful, please refer to the "Preparation Before Engraving" section to complete the startup check.

2. Place a black business card and ensure the left red dot lands on the surface.

3.Click the “Focusˮ button to set the autofocus. Once focusing is complete, a confirmation window will appear.

Troubleshooting: If focusing failed, please refer to the "Focus Readjust Needed with ComMarker Studio" section for detailed diagnosis and solutions.

4. Click “Imageˮ then pick the sample picture from the USB Drive.

Note: If the dialog “The size of the imported drawing is too large and exceeds the canvas area. Do you want to scale it?” appears, select “Yes, shrink to fit canvas size.” This is recommended because the canvas size corresponds to the machine’s working area.

5.Input the engraving setting.

Note: If the settings panel does not appear, select the design from the Graphics list to activate it.

6.Unclick the “Preview Contour", then Click “Preview“ to check the engraving area.

7.You can move the image on the canvas to change the engraving spot and size. Once the preview is confirmed. Click "Stop" to exit.

Note: If the red preview box is less visible on dark or black materials, simply shield the area from ambient light with any object for a clearer view.

8.Click “Start (F2)ˮ to begin engraving.
