Trouble shooting: Rotary or Slide not engraving

Check if you have both rollers and slides plugged into the machine.

Check the Rotary or Slide connection. The connector on the accessory must be on the left side of the machine (the red Emergency Stop button is the left side and the Up/Down buttons are on the right).
