•For Windows: Double click the downloaded file “LightBurn.v2.0.05ˮ
Note:
Click Yes if you are asked "Do you allow this application to make changes to your device?"
•For MAC: Double click the downloaded file “LightBurn.V2.0.05.dmgˮ, and drag the “LightBurnˮ icon to the “Applicationsˮ folder.
4. Click “Devicesˮ →“Create Manuallyˮ, and select “BSLFiberˮ and click “Nextˮ.
Note:
Ensure the device is powered on and properly connected to the computer.
5. Skip the import of a configuration file and click “Nextˮ.
6. Rename the device if necessary, click the “mm / secˮ as the machine units and input the dimensions of the work area.

The recommended X and Y values for each lens are as follows:
7.Click “Finishˮ and “OKˮ to complete the new device installation.
8.Ensure the newly added device is selected, and the laser status is "Ready"
9. Click “Device settingsˮ, and set “Galvo and Basic Settingsˮ and “Ports and Laser Settingsˮ as below, then it is ready to control the machine with the Lightburn.
Note:
Enable "Galvo 2" is X Axis. Select "CO2" as the laser type. Set frequency range from 5 to 30 KHz.
10. The optimal focal length for manual measurement should be 5 mm less than the optimal focal length of your machine (written in your user manual).
The measuring distance is the length from the lower edge of the laser head to the surface of the engraving material.
