Install the Slide Extension onto the machine

1. Lift the safety door, engage the sliding axis with the machineʼs work base, and fix the sliding axis onto the work base.

Note：

Please ensure that the connection cable interface is on the left side of the sliding axis.

2. Fix the cutting panel onto the sliding axis.

3. Connect the connection cable

4. If necessary, slide a certain type of fastening pieces into the proper position from two sides of the sliding axis, then secure it with thumb screws.

Operation Instructions

1. Select “Extension Modeˮ and configure the parameters

Located at the bottom-right corner of the UI, select the “Extension modeˮ, then input the required parameters (including Speed, Frequency, Pulse Width, Interval and Passes).

2.Place the material and perform the focusing

Place the material to be engraved on the cutting panel, ensuring it is properly aligned beneath the red sensing spot (sent from the auto-focus sensor). 

Then click the “Focusˮ button (located at the bottom-right UI corner) to activate auto-focusing.

Note：

The maximum marking area of the Slide Extension is 150*400mm

3.Preview the processing area and marking test

Place the preview helper on the material, then click “Previewˮ to visualize the processing area. 

After preview confirmation, remove the preview helper, and pull down the safety door until it remains no more than 5 mm above the material before processing. 

Then click “Marking (F2)ˮ to begin engraving

Note：

*Pull down the protective enclosure until it remains no more than 5 mm above the material before processing.
