4. Connect the cables to the rear ports of the laser source.
(Including: laser power cable, laser data cable, sensor cable and galvanometer cable.)
5. Connect the lift motor cable.
6. Install the recessed handle by pushing it firmly into the housing.
7. Install the metal housing cover.

Note:
Route all cables through the external channel, including those for the lift motor, cooling fan, safety door and light.
8. Secure the light to the laser's bottom surface with double-sided tape, and connect the lift motor cable, cooling fan cable, safety door cable and light cable.
9. Install the flange or cable hole cover on the flange port.

10. Install the handle on the laser safety door.
(2 pcs M5×8 flat head screws)
11. Secure both sides of the laser safety door.
(4 pcs M3×6 button head screws)
12. Connect the data and power cables. The machine is now ready for use.
NOTE:
Verify the emergency stop button is in the released position. If engaged, rotate clockwise to reset.
Emergency stop switch:
In case of emergency, press the emergency stop switch immediately to power off the machine.
Ensure the emergency condition is fully resolved. Rotate the emergency stop switch to the reset position.
